Olivia Poulsen

Olivia has been the Chief Executive of Tupu Angitu, the commercial arm of Lake Taupō Forest Trust, since January 2023. With nearly 20 years of experience in legal and commercial roles, she has a strong background in property development, management and strategy across the property and infrastructure sectors.
At Tupu Angitu, Olivia is focused on diversifying the Trust’s commercial assets beyond forestry, collaborating with partners to drive economic growth in sectors that enable Māori entities to grow their investment portfolios in line with their core values and intergenerational aspirations.
Previously Olivia has held roles across the property and infrastructure sector in New Zealand and Australia, most recently as Executive General Manager of Property at KiwiRail, overseeing property development, leasing, facilities management, resource management, Crown land use, and iwi engagement.
Olivia lives in Taupō with her husband and two sons who attend Waipahihi School and Taupō Intermediate.
